After we have incorporated all of your feedback into your piece, we will send you a final proof. We will ask that you respond to BabyBDesigns that the “final proof email is ok”“ Once we receive this email, we will start the printing process.
Once we receive the Final Proof OK email from you, all sales are considered final. Given the custom nature of our process, we CAN’T provide refunds. Due to this, we please ask that you meticulously review all text for spelling and grammar. We also ask that you review all art to make sure it is exactly what you want.
Sometimes there are printing differences between the version you ok’d and the finished product. Maybe the announcement is significantly darker or lighter than you expected or there’s a printing mark that you feel detracts from the overall quality of your printed piece. In the event of these types of situations, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
